Two Of The Best Abs Workout Routines To Use Regularly With 10 Minute Workout

Of course, these exercises should be accompanied by other exercises, whether cardio, aerobic, or resistance training so that you can trim and tone other parts of your body. The Bicycle

This is a good exercise to build on your lower abs and rectus abs. All you have to do is lie down on the floor and make sure your lower back is pressed against the ground. Your knees should be brought up to forty-five degrees, and your hands near your head. Move your legs in a cycling motion like your riding a bike. Lift the left knee and at the same time, lift the right elbow to touch one it. Now bring the right knee up to the left elbow. This pedaling motion will strain your mid-muscles and through time fat will be burned. Your abdomen will receive the best results by doing twenty repetitions daily.

The Captain’s Chair Exercise for the Abs

You will need a Captain’s Chair, which is a regular gym equipment piece, for this exercise. With the back of your forearms against the arm rest, grip the handles of the chair. Your feet should be positioned on the step rests. Hoist your body up and your feet off the steps using your forearms. Keep your body and legs down while your back remains straightened against the backrest. While you lift your knees up to your chest, exhale. After you hold them up for a few seconds, lower them again. Repeat numerous reps of this. You should feel your middle section tightening and then relaxing every time you lift your knees and release. It will only be effective if it’s done properly. When this exercise is done daily, your stomach will get the six-pack you want.

Your abs can be built by many other crunch exercises. However, these are two favorite exercises done by athletes that have proven most effective in trimming and toning abs. With these two exercises, you know you can’t go wrong in getting the fit and hard abdominal section that you long for.
