It goes without saying that they will be provided with the sufficient amount of disk space. As for their traffic I can say that they will also be given the sufficient amount of it which is quite enough to maintain a normal functioning of 50 - 100 sites.

Certainly they will be given the access to the control panel from which a reseller can create websites for his clients and manage these sites as well as watch over the expenditure of clients’ resources.
