Enjoy Luxurious Living At Private Communities
Private living communities have been there in the US for many years now, but it is not until now that we are seeing a definite trend of social living that is currently sweeping across the country. The Tuxedo Park close to New York City was the first such community to come up – the mansions and the manicured gardens were a big hit among the millionaires who moved in quickly. Another hugely popular private residential community in those days was located at Llewellyn Park in West Orange, N.J – many celebrities and elite people came here to stay – one such as Thomas Edison. However, the current trend in the country shows a marked tendency towards private communities linked with golf or a similar pastime.
While golf lovers are deeply attached to the course and would love it if they could stay close to one, but those who are not that much into the game find this deep connection difficult to understand. In fact so much can be the attachment that the golfer may want to keep staying here for the rest of his/her life. Golfing communities are naturally thus where all such people flock to. Golfers would obviously love them, but there are many non-golfers too who adore these communities, and this is because of many reasons. Non-golfers fall in love with the calm and the peace, the rolling greens, the manicured lawns and the serenity that these places offer. Being gated communities, the security and privacy of the members is taken care off so that they can relax completely.
And because of all this, in excess of 8 million people have selected such a community in the US alone since 2000. Those who stay in these communities feel completely safe because of the presence of security guards, gated entryways, electronic identification of visitors, along with round-the-clock checking. Plus, you will also find clubhouses, postal facilities and community areas such parks and maintained residential roads and above everything, people who come from the same background. Because of all these reasons, living in such a private golf community, have become an attractive proposition.
There are architectural firms and real estate agents as well who are busy coming up with more such properties to meet the increase in demand. No doubt the time is fast approaching when singular dwelling houses will no longer be a priority as more people prefer to move in for private residential community.
There was a time when you would have to go to the sunshine states such as Florida to find a private residential community. But all that has changed now. You will now find them everywhere. Many people have definite desires and they want their community to offer them these, and so they have come up for select members – so do check whether your community is offering you what you want.
