Using A Resveratrol Supplement May Be Able to Help You Fight Age Related Disease and Have a Longer Life

A natural compound found in plants may help you live a longer and healthier life. Resveratrol supplements are being studied for the possible ability to fight many age related diseases and help people live longer healthier lives.

Natural sources of Resveratrol

One of the main sources of natural resveratrol is red grapes. The resveratrol is transferred to from the skin of red grapes to wine and grape juice and can be consumed by drinking wine or juice as well as eating grapes whole. Peanuts and some berries also have some resveratrol in them.
