How Hybrid Cars work
Hybrid cars are interesting and it is not really a new technology. So, how do hybrid cars work? Hybrid cars is a vehicle that runs on petrol and electricity. Basically, it uses petrol to gain the initial speed and then switches to electricity when the car is in motion, thus saving you tons of fuel.
A hybrid car can be mild hybrid or a full hybrid. I prefer full hybrid because both petrol and electricity can run together when more power is needed during hard acceleration (like climbing a slope). Full hybrids are also able to draw energy from the battery and charge it at the same time. The Toyota Prius and Ford Escape are full hybrids
