What is a hybrid car?
A hybrid car is a car that runs on both fuel and electricity. In other words, it combines the power of a gas engine with an electric motor. The dual engine systems can be configured for different purposes such as increasing the car’s power and improving fuel economy.
A hybrid car may include a battery, a generator, an electric motor, an internal combustion engine and a power split device. These components are required make the car run on both gas and electric power.
Toyota Prius is one of the most popular hybrid cars driven by many people and has received good reviews. I’m sure that Hybrid Cars will get more popular in the future.
